Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and not custom-cut, as bespoke foam orders are generally non-refundable unless defective.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse facility.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned foam, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
